The Weisenheimers are excited to announce another chance to learn Improv Comedy at the Omaha Community Playhouse! Monty Eich is teaching the introductory class as a part of the Henry Fonda Theatre Academy! Over the last 25 years Monty’s performed thousands of improv shows, and now you can learn the basics from him!

When the Weisenheimers were founded in April of 1997, our goal was a pretty simple one- find folks who needed to laugh, and then be funny for them. Over the last two decades we’ve done a fairly good job of that- from Texas to the Dakotas, and from The Mississippi to the high plains we’ve traveled to all over to perform for companies, communities, churches and schools.

The Weisenheimers would like to thank the Omaha Entertainment & Arts Awards for presenting us with our 5th win! For 20 years they’ve been performing around Omaha & the surrounding states with a singular mission… to make every audience laugh. A comedy improv group that takes comedy very seriously, the Weisenheimers strive to be a gold standard, driven to provide a professional, quality experience whenever and wherever laughter is needed.

Omaha’s comedy originals, the Weisenheimers, return to the Omaha Community Playhouse! They’ve been performing improv around the country in comedy clubs, theaters and occasionally, flatbed trucks! These shows are legendary for their pop culture references, absurd characters and of course, your suggestions.

The Weisenheimers are headed to the Big-Little Comedy Fest 2018 in San Antonio, Texas February 17th! This improv and Stand up Comedy Festival deep in the Heart of Texas bring performers from around the country in to show off their talents!
